Would you like to know what to do if your neighbour suddenly collapses? Or if a friend starts choking on a nut? In just a few hours, you will learn the theory and essential first aid skills needed to respond in an emergency, including how to act in cases of cardiac arrest or choking.
The course includes CPR training and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). By the end of the course, you will have the basic knowledge and confidence to take action when an emergency occurs in your immediate surroundings. After all, accidents can happen at any time and to anyone. This course provides you with the skills and knowledge needed to help others when it matters most.

You will learn how to bring someone to safety, assess their condition, alert the emergency services, and provide first aid in situations such as:

Practical Training Session
For each topic, the instructor will first demonstrate the required first aid techniques. You will then practise these skills yourself in a safe and supportive environment. Realistic emergency scenarios are simulated, allowing you to work with CPR manikins and an AED. Throughout the session, you will receive guidance, practical tips, and the opportunity to ask questions.
